At the edge of the veranda there is an equipped terrace for common use, overlooking the valley with views of the Aeolian Islands. It consists of a very spacious kitchen-living room, where there is a double sofa bed and a large bedroom, with closet and a ceramic wood stove. The two rooms are separated by a door. Fully air-conditioned. The services, to which it is possible to have access both from the inside and from the outside with a special entrance, include both the shower and the shower. The equipment, in addition to pots and pans and crockery, commonly used, includes a 4-user ceramic hob, a flat screen TV, connected to a satellite dish, a fridge freezer, a very large oven and a microwave / grill. It also has outside a barbecue, masonry, dedicated and a convenient kitchen.

In addition, a whirlpool bath is available for guests in the veranda, to contribute to the relaxation of the vacation.

The beds are 4, but it is possible to obtain, against supplement, an additional bed, so the maximum capacity is 5 guests.
